Client (also known as User or user) understands and agrees to the terms and conditions of this agreement for products or services provided by Global Tech 2000 (also known as Company or company) to Client, as provided within this agreement and all portions of this document herein.

Company does not guarantee or predict any type of profit or performance from these products, merchandise or services. All sales are final and non-refundable. User authorizes Company to charge an additional $25 fee if user's check is returned for insufficient or uncollectable funds.

Company has the right to refuse user's order if company deems it inappropriate. User authorizes Company to quote any testimonial User may offer, without prior notice, as deemed appropriate by Company. User is an authorized owner or representative of the product, advertisement, company, entity, or group stated herein. Company, its employees, dealers, and distributors will not be held liable for any claims

User represents in any advertisement. All advertisement must comply with any and all applicable local, state and US federal laws. User assumes all risks and liabilities regarding the use of, inability to use, or results of the use of such products, merchandise or services.

All duly executed facsimile copies are fully binding under any and all applicable laws and points as specified within this agreement.User authorize Company to charge user's credit card, if applicable as indicated herein. There are no warranties expressed or implied.
